At Cotton Tail Retreat, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- in the same condition that you received it
- unworn or unused
- with tags attached
- in its original packaging
- accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@cottontailretreat.com.au so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- custom or personalised products
- personal care goods such as beauty products
- hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- sale items
- gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
