At Cotton Tail Retreat, we take care in packing and sending your order, so it arrives safely and in good condition.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. During busy periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier, and external delays outside our control.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Australia: 3–10 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order is sent promptly, Cotton Tail Retreat is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, courier services, customs processing, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us at contact@cottontailretreat.com.au and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address Details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@cottontailretreat.com.au We will do our best to update your order before it is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at contact@cottontailretreat.com.au as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant details or photos.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find a suitable resolution.

International Orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply in the destination country.

Cotton Tail Retreat is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
